This forum is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales capability, network with others and learn from successful leaders. Led by Abbie Takle, these in-person development workshops are tailored specifically for women in the sales industry.
Total spots are limited to 16 people, with a maximum
of 2 attendees per company. Next programme will take place in 2025.

The Women in Sales (WIS) Development Forum is designed as a series of in-person development workshops tailored specifically for women in the sales industry. Led by sales expert Abbie Takle, this forum provides an intimate setting for participants to explore possibilities, engage with innovative companies who will host us in their workplace, and learn from successful leaders across a variety of sectors.
Creating a nurturing environment where women in sales can not only gain insight into advanced sales techniques and executive philosophies but also build strong, supportive relationships to navigate and excel in their careers. This initiative stems from our commitment to uplift women, promote diversity and inclusion in their respective fields.

Duration
A 6-month commitment is required, starting July 2024 with monthly sessions from 3:00 - 5:30 PM
Sessions
Each session includes a 90-minute Indicator Development session focused on practical, foundational sales skills and techniques
Networking
Each session concludes with valuable networking time with a group of like-minded people and insights from a top leader
Industries
Participants will visit leading companies, exposing them to various industries and innovative sales strategies

The event is free to register and attend. However, if you would like to contribute to the Indicator Women in Sales Scholarship, you can purchase your ticket for $25/each or donate a set amount. Every dollar will go directly to supporting an up-an-coming female sales leader on their career journey via the Sales Syndicate programme. Indicator proudly matches every contribution.
Building on our ambition to support Women in Sales throughout their development journey, for our May event, we are delighted to announce proud sponsor Consult Recruitment will be funding two Sales Academy Scholarships. Sales Academy programme provides a learning environment where members can build confidence, benchmark themselves and gain a broader sales outlook.

Abbie is a passionate and results driven sales leader with over 20 years experience in a variety of sales environments.
Abbie is adept at building, leading and motivating high performing teams, coupled with a passion for delivering company objectives and targets.
As an accomplished sales strategist, Abbie relishes in delivering sales change, focusing on people and processes to help organisations acquire, retain and grow clients.
