A community for women in sales to learn, connect and grow together.
In an industry where tailored development and supportive networks are often limited, Women in Sales Elevate provides an intimate environment designed to advance skills, build confidence and create meaningful connections with peers and leaders.
Led by sales expert Abbie Takle, the programme blends in-person workshops, workplace visits, insights from successful leaders and a whole lot of heart.
Participants gain exposure to advanced sales techniques, executive perspectives and real-world business environments, all while being part of a supportive community committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in sales.
With only 15 places available per programme, Women in Sales Elevate offers an opportunity for women in New Zealand and Australia to sharpen their capabilities, expand networks and gain the support needed to excel in their careers.

Building on the success of the Indicator Women in Sales Elevate Programme, Elevate Within expands this proven model for ambitious women working inside organisations.
Launching in 2026, Elevate Within gives businesses the opportunity to bring that same transformation into their own teams, empowering women to grow, lead and achieve alongside the goals of the organisation.

Duration
The programme is delivered over 6-month with the first one in 2026 starting in March.
Sessions
Each session includes a 90-minute Indicator development session and concludes with valuable networking time with a group of like-minded people and insights from a top leader
