Now in its ninth year in New Zealand and second in Australia, The Mood of the Sales Leader™ has evolved into the definitive annual report on the state of sales leadership across Australasia.

Last year, 621 sales leaders contributed their insights, representing more than 8,000 salespeople and over $15 billion in revenue. Together, they provide a clear picture of how sales leaders are performing, what motivates them, and how broader economic and organisational factors are shaping their teams.
