With a background spanning sales, marketing and business ownership, he brings deep experience to everything Indicator does. Before founding Indicator, Mike had worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and business owners to help grow their businesses.

Recognising a lack of sales leadership support for Australasian companies, Mike set out to close that gap. Through Indicator, he works with organisations of all sizes to lift sales performance by developing stronger sales leaders, better processes, and measurable results.

Mike leads Indicator’s strategy, focusing on growth and evolving the business to ensure ongoing success. 

With over 20 years’ experience across technology, hospitality and tourism, Justine has worked with both global and privately owned organisations to grow and develop high-performing sales teams. She understands the real-world challenges sales leaders face, from balancing targets and team development to delivering consistent results.

At Indicator, Justine manages sales programmes and mentors individuals and teams to reach their full potential. Known for her practical approach and deep understanding of the sales environment, she helps people build the confidence, capability and structure needed to succeed.

Nick drives the development of practical AI, technology, and sales enablement solutions that maximize commercial outcomes and productivity.

With over three decades of global executive experience spanning New Zealand, Europe, and the Middle East, Nick has held multiple Director and General Manager roles. His career is heavily weighted toward revenue growth, sales transformation, and operational excellence, specializing in tightly aligning people, process, and technology.

Nick’s expertise bridges the gap between technical innovation and real-world commercial strategy, including CRM implementations, data utilization, and market growth. Leveraging nearly a decade of transformation experience at Indicator, he brings a deeply pragmatic understanding of how to move organizations from strategy to execution.

Today, Nick focuses on helping businesses move beyond the hype of AI. He works directly with leaders to deploy practical, revenue-centric tech frameworks that directly boost sales performance, efficiency, and long-term business value.

With a background spanning marketing strategy, graphic design, branding and digital communication, Marcelo brings a combination of strategic thinking and creative execution to Indicator’s marketing and communications. His experience covers a diverse range of sectors, including technology, education, fitness, public services and professional services, giving him a broad perspective on how brands can connect with their audiences.

At Indicator, Marcelo supports marketing strategy, content, digital communications and brand development, helping translate complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences for clients and the wider community. With a hands-on approach and a strong focus on both creativity and purpose, he helps bring Indicator’s ideas to life and strengthen how the business communicates its expertise in sales, leadership and performance.

Frankie plays a key role in supporting Indicator’s sales and programme functions, managing CRM administration and updates, coordinating programme logistics, maintaining collateral and assisting with client evaluations and enquiries.

A university graduate with a background in nutrition, Frankie has recently transitioned into the world of sales. Her curiosity, organisation and people-first approach bring fresh energy to the team. Passionate about learning and continuous growth, she’s focused on building meaningful relationships and ensuring every client interaction runs smoothly.

Kylie takes a practical, no-fuss approach to providing administrative support that keeps businesses moving. With experience spanning small owner-operated companies to large international professional services firms, she brings a calm efficiency and strong sense of accountability to everything she does.

Highly skilled in accounting, compliance, reporting and systems management, Kylie ensures processes run seamlessly and standards remain consistently high. Her attention to detail and reliability make her an integral part of the Indicator team 

Andrew is a committed and innovative senior sales leader with a career spanning more than two decades in sales, strategy and business transformation. Before joining Indicator, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Air New Zealand, including Regional GM Sales, Head of Alliances and Head of Tandem Travel, and led the APX Travel Management business as General Manager for over 12 years.

Throughout his career, Andrew has built a reputation for delivering commercial results, identifying strategies that drive growth, and leading transformational change. He has overseen restructures, renegotiated major trade, corporate and government contracts, and consistently kept teams engaged and productive through periods of significant change.

What sets Andrew apart is his ability to connect with people and enable them to achieve their own career goals while driving broader organisational success. He brings a lifelong passion for sales and business development, believing that when sales leaders are confident, capable and connected, they deliver outstanding customer experiences and long-term results.

Abbie is a tenacious, results-driven sales leader with over 17 years’ experience in the New Zealand sales environment. She brings a unique mix of balancing commercial acumen with a genuine focus on people. She’s known for motivating teams, shaping sales strategies, and helping organisations achieve measurable growth.

At Indicator, Abbie leads the Sales Syndicate programme, facilitating four monthly forums that bring sales leaders from across industries together to share insights, tackle challenges, and learn from one another. She’s passionate about creating structure that empowers freedom, helping teams find alignment, build capability, and deliver results that last.

A strong advocate for women in sales leadership, Abbie co-founded Women in Sales NZ alongside Mike Stokes. She emcees the WIS Elevate programme, championing confidence, capability, and connection for women across the sales profession.

Michael is a compelling and energetic trainer who captures audience attention with his straight-talking approach. After a decade of success in IT sales and leadership, he shifted his focus to developing others full-time. Since 2004, he’s worked with some of New Zealand’s largest organisations, helping people build new skills, attitudes and capabilities that create lasting change.

With an academic background in psychology from the University of Auckland, Michael is certified as a Master Practitioner of NLP, holds a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy, and is accredited in multiple communication and behavioural tools including Transforming Communications, DISC, TetraMap, and the Language and Behaviour (LAB) Profile.

Michael has a unique ability to quickly identify the core of a client’s challenge and guide them toward new ways of thinking, unlocking performance, confidence, and positive change, often with a few laughs along the way.

Simon is an energetic leader with more than 25 years’ experience as a business owner and sales leader. He thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where strategy, structure, and people all come together to deliver results.

Having managed and advised multiple businesses through periods of rapid change, Simon brings a deep understanding of what it takes to drive performance while keeping teams engaged and supported. At Indicator, he works with businesses to develop and implement sales strategies, build capability, and embed change that sticks.

With over 20 years’ experience in sales and sales management, Rachelle understands how to balance measurable business outcomes with supporting the people who deliver them. She has designed and delivered learning programmes across a wide range of organisations, combining coaching, facilitation, and practical training to drive lasting performance improvements.

Motivated by helping people and businesses unlock their potential, Rachelle believes that developing soft skills is key to achieving hard targets. She holds postgraduate qualifications in administration, adult education, and literacy, and is a certified Executive and Organisational Coach as well as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

With a background in information technology, Davinder combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer experience. Her ability to troubleshoot complex systems and software issues is matched by her skill in translating technical challenges into practical, user-friendly solutions.

In her role as a CRM Solution Consultant, Davinder applies her technical knowledge to design and implement CRM systems that streamline processes and improve business performance. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, she’s the go-to expert for creating solutions that make technology work smarter for clients. 

With over twenty years of experience implementing and training software applications and bespoke IT solutions, Tesa brings a wealth of knowledge to every client engagement.

A skilled training designer and facilitator, she creates effective learning experiences for individuals and teams across a wide range of industries. Known for her collaborative approach, Tesa is adept at assessing core needs and developing solutions that drive capability and confidence.

In her role as a CRM Success Adviser, Tesa partners with clients on their CRM journey, from initial assessment and onboarding to training and ongoing development, ensuring they get the most value from their systems and teams.

At Indicator, Dave brings 30 years of operational experience across manufacturing, importing, exporting, technology, and services to help businesses accelerate sales performance and reduce administration. Using AI Dave focuses on fixing the biggest growth challenges in business and sales teams such as use of CRMs, and salespeople trapped in repetitive admin instead of closing deals.
