With a background spanning sales, marketing and business ownership, he brings deep experience to everything Indicator does. Before founding Indicator, Mike had worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and business owners to help grow their businesses.

Recognising a lack of sales leadership support for Australasian companies, Mike set out to close that gap. Through Indicator, he works with organisations of all sizes to lift sales performance by developing stronger sales leaders, better processes, and measurable results.

Mike leads Indicator’s strategy, focusing on growth and evolving the business to ensure ongoing success.

With over 25 years’ experience in strategic leadership, business development, and customer management across 12 countries, Nick brings global insight and practical expertise to his role at Indicator. His career has centred on driving sales effectiveness, business profitability, and leading teams through transformation and growth.

Before joining Indicator, Nick was Sales Director at OfficeMax New Zealand, where he led more than 220 sales professionals across multiple channels. Under his leadership, the company achieved its first top-line revenue growth in a decade through strategic restructuring, process optimisation, and improved CRM utilisation. As Head of AI and Business Development, Nick combines deep commercial experience with a forward-thinking approach to technology, helping clients unlock performance through smarter systems and stronger strategy.

Andrew is a committed and innovative senior sales leader with a career spanning more than two decades in sales, strategy and business transformation. Before joining Indicator, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Air New Zealand, including Regional GM Sales, Head of Alliances and Head of Tandem Travel, and led the APX Travel Management business as General Manager for over 12 years.

Throughout his career, Andrew has built a reputation for delivering commercial results, identifying strategies that drive growth, and leading transformational change. He has overseen restructures, renegotiated major trade, corporate and government contracts, and consistently kept teams engaged and productive through periods of significant change.

What sets Andrew apart is his ability to connect with people and enable them to achieve their own career goals while driving broader organisational success. He brings a lifelong passion for sales and business development, believing that when sales leaders are confident, capable and connected, they deliver outstanding customer experiences and long-term results.

At Indicator, Abbie leads the Sales Syndicate programme, facilitating four monthly forums that bring sales leaders from across industries together to share insights, tackle challenges, and learn from one another. She’s passionate about creating structure that empowers freedom, helping teams find alignment, build capability, and deliver results that last.

A strong advocate for women in sales leadership, Abbie co-founded Women in Sales NZ alongside Mike Stokes. She emcees the WIS Elevate programme, championing confidence, capability, and connection for women across the sales profession.

Chris is an experienced consultant, coach, and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience supporting sales and service teams across New Zealand, Australia, and globally. Known for his engaging style and ability to blend data-driven insight with storytelling and hands-on learning, Chris helps teams identify what matters and how to execute it effectively to lift strategy and performance.

His consulting background spans retail, finance, technology, and SaaS, with global clients including HSBC, American Express, Nespresso, Philips, and Vodafone. Before joining Indicator, Chris spent nearly 15 years with CEB (now Gartner) in the Sales & Service Practice, working with frontline reps and sales leaders to improve capability, processes, and outcomes.

Drawing on best-practice research featured in Harvard Business Review and in the books The Challenger Customer and The Effortless Experience, Chris has facilitated more than 45 client workshops globally. He’s recognised for building trust quickly, creating environments where people feel motivated and turning insight into meaningful, lasting change.

Michael is a compelling and energetic trainer who captures audience attention with his straight-talking approach. After a decade of success in IT sales and leadership, he shifted his focus to developing others full-time. Since 2004, he’s worked with some of New Zealand’s largest organisations, helping people build new skills, attitudes and capabilities that create lasting change.

With an academic background in psychology from the University of Auckland, Michael is certified as a Master Practitioner of NLP, holds a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy, and is accredited in multiple communication and behavioural tools including Transforming Communications, DISC, TetraMap, and the Language and Behaviour (LAB) Profile.

Michael has a unique ability to quickly identify the core of a client’s challenge and guide them toward new ways of thinking, unlocking performance, confidence, and positive change, often with a few laughs along the way.
